Object
This contract is a distance contract whose purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of the products of the company AYOUB LUXRY CAR on the Internet, through the platform.
Rental-Extension
to book a car in Casablanca or Marrakech, the
car rental is for a fixed period according to what is agreed in the contract. An extension must be granted in advance by the lessor.
Driver profile
The vehicle can only be driven by the tenant designated on the contract.
The driver must be at least 21 years old and have a regulatory driving license for at least 2 years.
Delivery / pick-up
The delivery and pick-up of the vehicle can be in the place chosen by the customer.
A credit card imprint is mandatory upon delivery.
Use of the vehicle
The use of the vehicle on unpaved tracks is prohibited.
The vehicle must not be used for the transport of goods prohibited by law.
Payment
Payment for the rental can be made by bank transfer, in cash or by credit card.
Our rates include unlimited mileage, they are calculated on a 24-hour basis.
Any rental of more than a month benefits from very advantageous rates.
To pay for your order, you choose the payment method from those offered by AYOUB LUXRY CAR on the payment page.
In this case, the delivery of the transaction for debiting your account is carried out within a day following the date of the delivery confirmation.
Your multi-channel payments are secured by the Interbank Electronic Payment Center (CMI) which offers a fully secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees the Company AYOUB LUXRY CAR that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen by him, when validating the Order Form.
In the case of payment by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the payment method provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the issuer of the card between the Company AYOUB LUXRY CAR and its banking institution apply.
Proof of transactions paid by credit card
The data recorded by the CMI on the Multi-channel payment platform on behalf of AYOUB LUXRY CAR constitute proof of all commercial transactions between you and the AYOUB LUXRY CAR company.
Franchise
The deductible corresponds to the maximum amount that remains the responsibility of the tenant if there is damage to the car or theft. The amount of the deductible varies according to the category of the vehicle.
The deductible is incompressible and is equal to the value of the current tariff schedule. It will only be payable if the customer is held liable.
In the absence of damage or loss, the amount of the deductible actually paid will be refunded at the end of the rental.
No delivery will be tolerated without a security deposit.
Franchise redemption
For a daily supplement, the tenant can redeem the deductible: this redemption will cover the accident risk, always according to the contract, it will be partial or total: a partial redemption makes it possible to reduce the share of the deductible that will have to be paid if an accident has occurred. A total redemption allows full coverage of the costs related to the damage by the lessor.
Insurance
The vehicles are insured at all risks. However, for any damage other than the theft of the vehicle, fire, civil liability and persons transported (PAI), a capped redeemable deductible remains the responsibility of the driver in the event that his partial or entire liability would be engaged. For any accident, a report is mandatory.
